Love all of this! As Athletes we don’t forget how to drive when we leave sport but we often times lose the structure we had and don’t understand the “new arena” we are in. And that can make all the difference. Such an important conversation. Thanks for posting.

Such a great read. It's so important to understand that we are not tethered to a single skill or identity.

Thank you, Eladio! It’s awesome that we can gain so much knowledge and skills to always be nurturing our identity.

This is such a good read! I really appreciate how you brought the need to address the nervous system. I played high level sports well into my late 20s and have spent the last 10 years learning and working with my nervous system as a dad. It is such an important thing for people like us to talk more about!

Thank you so much, Jeremy! I’m glad this article resonated with you. Same here with playing sports and doing intense workouts into my late twenties. But around 30 years old I got into yoga and it’s been very transformative for my nervous system.

Solid carve on the post-game pivot, Joseph and Jessica. Identity's the quiet root, not the role, like the heron's stake enduring when the ripple fades. Steady blueprint for the reclaim. Grateful for the line of sight. 🔥👑
