I would say the part when you stopped comparing oneself to others. You find clarity of who you are, and I can relate to that.

This resonates:.."Relational identity feels stable…until the relationship shifts. Then you either feel lost, or free."

I spent most of my teenage years walking amongst peers, and we influenced each other's decisions and perspectives.

But as I approached my 20s, the relationships shifted. I had no closure with my teen circle. At that point, I felt free and lost at the same time.

I had to dig deep to identify what makes me happy, what genuinely interests me, what lifestyle suits me, and what I want for my future.

Honestly, I was lost throughout that stage of discovery.

Looking back, I'm pleased I found myself. And even though self-discovery is a lifelong journey, I'm glad I'm already walking the path and it gets better each year.
